The experience begins at 9:30 AM in a UNESCO-protected forest, where guests are welcomed by Vito for a private walk through the landscape, discovering the wild herbs, traditions, and unique character of Puglia's countryside.
The morning continues with an intimate hands-on mozzarella and burrata masterclass, personally led by Vito.
A private countryside lunch follows, featuring artisanal cheeses, freshly baked bread, seasonal focaccia, garden produce, and a curated tasting of three organic wines from a boutique winery bordering the forest.
The morning experience concludes around 1:00 PM.
Guests will then return to their accommodation to relax and enjoy some private time before the evening.

Evening | Insider Access
At 5:00 PM, a private driver will collect guests from their accommodation.
Hosted personally by Vito, the evening unfolds through exclusive local experiences in one of Puglia's most treasured towns — offering rare access, meaningful encounters, and a deeper perspective of local life beyond the ordinary.
The estimated return to the hotel is around midnight.
